wondering if I'll be alright
remembering the warmth of your embrace
and how witty you'd get when I wouldn't look at your face
I pray not to see daylight.
I struggle not to forget your smile
or the melodic chime hidden in your voice
I'll try to recall you for awhile
as if I have no choice.
You now come and go as you please
while I'm here missing you so
and you start fading in my memory
but I may see you tommorow
but for now I'm here
missing you dear.
